Binding Services

Binding Process:

Step one:
Fill out the top section and second page of binding form and turn in via email at coph@fullerton.edu or in person at PLS 600.

*Note: Leave the pricing section blank, a COPH staff member will help fill out that section in person, over email, or over the phone at 657-278-3580.

Step Two:
After a COPH staff member has helped fill out the pricing section of the Binding Form turn in the form with the hard copies of what will be bound with the payment.

*Note: COPH does not provide printing services.  Documents must be printed and submitted to COPH in order to be bound.

Step Three:
Once the complete Binding Form, hard copies, and payment has been submitted a receipt will be issued.

*Note: If you are a long distance customer and need to mail us hard copies and payment please allow enough time to do.  We will not issue a receipt until we receive payment.

 

Binding Costs:

$25.50 per hardcover copy or $10.00 per soft cover copy

.10 per copy for flysheets 

7.75% tax on material cost

*Bound theses can be picked up in office or delivered to department at no cost.
